Ingredients
  

  • pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of ½ lemon optional

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry using paper towels.
  2. Place it in a bowl and add:
  3. Olive oil, Paprika, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, Black pepper
  4. Mix until every piece is evenly coated.

  8. Cook for 4–5 minutes without stirring so a golden crust forms.
  9. Flip the chicken and cook another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
