Pat the chicken dry using paper towels.
Place it in a bowl and add:
Olive oil, Paprika, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, Black pepper
Mix until every piece is evenly coated.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken in a single layer.
Cook for 4–5 minutes without stirring so a golden crust forms.
Flip the chicken and cook another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) according to USDA.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium.
Add the butter.
Once melted, stir in the minced garlic.
Cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Do not let the garlic brown.
Step 4
Return the chicken to the garlic butter.
Toss until every piece is coated.
Finish with parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
Serve immediately.
Pro Tips
Dry the chicken before seasoning for better browning.
Don’t overcrowd the skillet.
Use freshly minced garlic instead of garlic paste.
Cook over medium-high heat for a golden crust.
