Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If they are thick, pound them to an even thickness. Rub both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together: Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Italian seasoning, Salt, Black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken using tongs. Cook for another 5–8 minutes, or until the thickest part reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
